Mexican Chef Salad Recipe

I have learned this recipe from my husband’s stepmom and have been making them ever since. It’s easy to make and would only take about 45 mins to prepare. That is only because you have to cook the meat first.

The ingredients :

1 lb ground beef
1 Taco Seasoning Mix
1 bag Salad – I prefer to use Caesar pr Romaine
1/2 bag of Tostitos Chips Restaurant style
1 Thousand Island Dressing
1 can Kidney Beans
3 pcs Tomatoes cut into small pieces
1/2 bag Shredded Cheese

Directions :
1. Fry meat until brown
2. Drain the oil once done
3. Put the meat back in the frying pan, add the Taco seasoning mix and 1/3 cup water.
4. Simmer until the water is gone
5. In a bowl, mix all ingredients

Serving : 2-5 people
